Dear All,
In our continuous effort to support the community, we are pleased to announce that Security BSides Athens and Hack The Box are partnering up going forward. Both sides are joining forces in creating a CTF (Capture The Flag) contest for this year's event, which will allow all participants to learn, train and test their skills, prior and of course, during the conference! In this joined endeavor, both sides would like to thank Mr Vangelis Mourikis for his friendly and volunteering contribution in the creation of the CTF scenarios.
This initiative focuses in building and shaping the current and next generation of information security professionals, while providing the right opportunities to learn and interact with like-minded individuals from all over the world. Our goal is to bring to the InfoSec community in Greece the ability to learn, train, network, participate and share knowledge through Security BSides Athens and Hack The Box.

The idea behind the Security BSides events is to organise an open Information Security conference where professionals, experts, researcher, ethical hackers and InfoSec enthusiasts come together to discuss the next "big thing". Security BSides is not restricted only to ethical hacking, but instead the conference is open to a wide range of subjects related to information security & cyber security, such as incident response, IoT security, computer (anti)forensics, security standards and of course compliance.
Get Involved with Security BSides Athens! You can sponsor the event, help out on the day as a volunteer, present at the conference, attend talks and workshops, participate in competitions and most importantly, enjoy the day and have fun.
See you all there!
