Each Season brings 13 weeks of brand-new Seasonal Machines, ranging in difficulty from Easy to Insane. Every week, a fresh challenge drops, giving you the chance to sharpen your skills, climb the leaderboard, and claim some awesome prizes along the way.
Whether you're chasing a top spot, aiming to reach a new Seasonal rank, or just looking to level up your hacking game, Seasons offer something for everyone.
The next Season kicks off this September, so keep your eyes open in the coming weeks.
This Season’s theme is GACHA!
Season 9's storyline
In today’s news, a global sensation has hit the mobile gaming scene with the gacha game "Creaturz." Overnight, it seems millions have downloaded it and hopped on to find their very own AI pals.
The Zylex corporation’s hit sensation has had everyone gathering at local parks and city centers to join in on the craze to battle or tackle quests together.
It’s said that these little guys have a mind of their own and can work with you to complete tasks in their own sandboxed world. Or even help you with your tasks at home, utilizing their recently released desktop application.
Everyone has a chance to “Roll” the stats for their Creaturz’ intelligence, so there’s a little luck involved!
In other news, reports have been coming in of industrial malfunctions, including flooding at a local dam, electrical outages, and bus lines being halted. And after this morning’s major stock market outage, authorities have begun to investigate if there’s any correlation between these events.
Season 8 recap
You might have already noticed, but this Season saw a ton of love for Windows Machines!
It also brought more competitors than any previous Season. Watching people create teams, break past previous records, and sharpen their teeth on new ideas is what it’s all about.
Knowing more of you are joining us for the action is a constant reminder that the HTB competitive spirit is raging on.

Dedicating yourself to hitting a couple of Machines each Season is tough enough. The people at the top of our leaderboards are paragons of dedication and grit.
