Access specialized courses with the HTB Academy Gold annual plan

Over the past year, the HTB Academy team has been focusing on providing solid and comprehensive upskilling materials for core cybersecurity job positions. The latest release of the new Senior Web Penetration Tester job-role path marks the first specialized course material available on the platform.

The Modules featured on this job-role path are marked as Tier III, designed specifically for individuals with an intermediate knowledge of web application penetration testing who want to move towards advanced black-box and white-box web penetration testing.

Gold annual subscription

Tier III Modules are not included in our Silver annual subscription or Student subscription. These two plans — ideal for cybersecurity beginners or to enter the job market — include all courses and paths up until Tier II (included). 

For this reason, we launched a new subscription plan, now available for all Academy members: Gold annual. The purpose is to offer a seamless experience for anyone making their way to the new Senior Web Penetration Tester job-role path (and all other specialized paths coming soon…) without worrying about unlocking Modules one by one or counting cubes.

Silver annual subscribers can easily upgrade to Gold annual without paying the entire amount of the new plan.

Monthly vs. annual HTB Academy plans

Monthly HTB Academy plans are indeed a good option to gradually start learning cybersecurity with a cost-effective investment. If you are planning a longer-term upskilling experience, though, be aware that you will need to purchase cubes separately to unlock certain Modules.

In addition, with monthly plans, you won’t have access to features like the 1-1 tutoring on Discord, and you will need to purchase the exam voucher separately to access the certification exam. Nevertheless, both monthly and annual subscriptions offer a great path to becoming a better cybersecurity professional!
