Singapore, October 23, 2025 – Hack The Box (HTB), a global leader in gamified cybersecurity skills development, supported the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) in conducting its 20th iteration of the ASEAN CERT Incident Drill (ACID).
ACID, an annual drill hosted by CSA since 2006, aims to strengthen cybersecurity preparedness and cooperation among CERTs in ASEAN and the region. This year's ACID took place in Singapore between October 21-22, 2025, in conjunction with Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2025. Over 30 participants from ASEAN Member States and regional ASEAN Dialogue Partner national CERTs practiced their skills through simulated exercises on novel cyber threats.
"At Hack The Box, we believe organisational readiness and resilience delivered by great cybersecurity teams aren't born in classrooms; they're forged through collaborative, continuous, real-world practice," said Tom Fernandez, Chief Revenue Officer at Hack The Box. "Partnering with CSA to support the 20th anniversary of ACID demonstrates our commitment to building a more resilient cyber future for governments, industries, and citizens across ASEAN," he continued.
As part of the Drill, Hack The Box provided a realistic incident response scenario for participating national CERT teams to collaborate on and complete. Hack The Box also provided a blue team training workshop to sharpen operational defence and enhance strategic resilience.
