Hack The Box, a leading gamified cybersecurity upskilling, certification, and talent assessment platform, has teamed up with Cambridge, a private, academic, and student-centered institution of higher education, to better prepare the next generation of IT and healthcare professionals for their future careers.

“During our own research and after receiving feedback from the community, it’s clear the cyber education system for future IT and healthcare professionals requires a more hands-on experience to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills,” said Haris Pylarinos, Founder and CEO at Hack The Box. “The future of successful cybersecurity lies in the hands of the next generation, and it’s through partnerships like these that we can support students from the beginning all the way throughout a career path.”

Included in this partnership, students at Cambridge will have unlimited access to carefully chosen HTB Machines, challenges, and courses created and endorsed by industry experts.

With these resources, students can develop real-world experience and job-related skills in risk-free settings; equipping graduates with the practical skills needed to effectively combat the evolving and sophisticated tactics used by cybercriminals.

“Our goal is to always ensure our students have access to a curriculum that’s career-focused and an accurate reflection of what someone could expect to be dealing with in their chosen profession,” said Gabriel Garces, Regional Campus President at Cambridge. “We’re thrilled to have Hack The Box on board to continue providing our students with hands-on learning solutions to not just prepare them for their careers, but also empower them to excel and innovate in the quickly evolving world of cyber.”
